As-Needed Property Inspections: Stormwater and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG)

Description

The City of Vista, including the Buena Sanitation District (collectively “City”), is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms (Consultant) to conduct as-needed Stormwater and Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) inspection services. The stormwater inspections are for existing development and the FOG inspections are for Food Service Establishments (FSE) as part of the City’s Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP). Both inspection programs are intended to comply with applicable Regional Water Quality Control Board stormwater and sanitary sewer system permits. This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes a description of the proposal requirements, criteria for selection, and the scope of services to be provided by the Consultant.The City intends to award one contract to provide the requested services for a three-year term, with an optional extension for two additional years for a maximum term of five years from the date of the contract. Services under this contract are currently not anticipated to exceed $300,000 over the term of the agreement.
