The City of Vista (City) and on behalf of the Buena Sanitation District (District) is soliciting written qualifications from qualified professional firms to provide as-needed Owner’s Advisor and Construction Management (OA/CM) services (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant.”) The City will enter into a three (3) year non-exclusive Master Consulting Agreement with two (2) selected OA/CM Consultants. Services provided under the Agreement shall not exceed $500,000 over the term of the Agreement. This RFQ includes a description of requirements, criteria for selection, and the scope of services to be provided by the OA/CM consultant.
