The City of Vista's ("City") Planning Division is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from selected Landscape Architectural firms ("Consultant") to provide As-Needed Design/Plan Review, Plan Check and Inspection Services related to various City-reviewed private development and City-initiated projects. The City currently provides landscape plan review services on a contract basis. Based on the SOQs received, the City will select one (1) Consultant to provide the requested services.
