The City of Vista Community Development Department is requesting proposals from building plan check consulting firms to provide as-needed plan check services. The services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award up to three contracts to provide the requested services for a two-year term, with an optional extension for one additional year for a maximum term of three years from the date of the contract. Services provided under each awarded contract shall not exceed $100,000 over the initial two-year term of the agreement.
