The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities to provide proposals for architecture and engineering support service on an as-needed basis for public work improvement projects at the Airport.The Airport anticipates awarding up to two (2) professional services contracts (Contract No. 12099.50 and Contract No. 12099.51) for architecture and engineering support services, each in a not-to-exceed amount of $4,000,000 with a term of five (5) years.Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:Programming and feasibility studies.Code evaluations/analysis.Architecture and engineering systems studies and analyses.Geotechnical engineering.Vertical transportation engineering.Energy and sustainability studies, compliance and modeling (LEED, Cal Green and Title 24).Hazardous materials investigations and reports.Design services and drawings.Construction documents and technical specifications.Engineering calculations.Cost estimates and value engineering studies.Project schedules.Existing and new building and/or site evaluations, including renovation, retrofit, and/or adaptive re-use projects.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance design services.Bid and construction phase services and support as required.Life cycle cost analysis.Furniture specification and procurement document.Acoustic analysis and studies.Graphics and signage studies.Lighting analysis.ADA code assessments and compliance reports.Specification writing.Door hardware specification writing.Architectural photography.Other special consultations, studies, and CSOs as required.
