The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking qualifications packages from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for as-needed construction services.The Airport anticipates awarding up to three As-Needed Agreements for Airport-Wide Electrical Repair and Construction (Contract No. 12161.51 through Contract No. 12161.53), each in a not-to-exceed amount of $6,000,000 with a duration of five years.The contracts will primarily cover interior improvement and architectural exterior projects, including space reconfiguration, finish upgrades, and related building modifications, as well as the repair, construction, and maintenance of various facilities and systems to ensure structural integrity, safety, and functionality.
