Brief Description of Service(s)/Product(s)The purpose of the RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish an A&E contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of on-call bus-stop and facilities improvement projects. Upon the need for an improvement project, Transit will issue one or more task order–based contracts with the awarded A&E firm to provide professional engineering and design services in support of these projects, with an emphasis on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility improvements. These services will be performed on an as-needed basis to advance planning, design, permitting, and construction support for transit bus stop enhancements and facility improvements funded as a whole or in part by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).The selected Firm will support the Agency in improving safety, accessibility, comfort, and functionality of bus stops and facilities in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including FTA, ADA, and civil rights regulations.The parties acknowledge that the proposed pricing is based on current assumptions regarding scope, market conditions, and input costs,
