Architectural Services RFP for the Westborough Preschool

I. Introduction  The City of South San Francisco (“City”) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from architectural firms to provide planning and design services, preparation of design and construction documents and provide construction administration services for the addition of classrooms for the City’s preschool program (“Westborough” or the “Project”).    The addition of classrooms will supplement the existing preschool program.  The project location is located at the Alice Bulos Community Center, 2380 Galway Drive, South San Francisco, California 94080.
