Careful note of the Addendum 2 shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper allowances may be made in strict accordance with the Addendum. Respondent shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum 2 in the bid documents. Can the architectural team include a thirdparty modular consultant to ensure competitive pricing from the modular industry? Will the architect be disqualified for having extensive modular experience but very limited housing experience with colleges? In “Tab 4 Proposed Project Team”, it references “Tab 5 (Personnel Resumes)”, however, the current Tab 5 states “Relevant Project Experience”. Please confirm the current requirements in Tab 5 are required for RFP CCC-071 Architectural Services for Student Housing Project Addendum #2 Response Project funding is contingent upon award and approval of funding from the State. The skills, knowledge and experience of the firms submitting responses will be evaluated and scored in accordance with Paragraph 5.2 (Evaluation Criteria) of the RFP.
