Architectural Services for Design Criteria Package For A New Public Safety Complex

Description

The City is seeking Proposals that will emphasize and prioritize safety concepts to deliver a police station, fire station and emergency operations center with architecturally iconic or artistic elements that will have a profound and lasting impact on the public and visitors to the area. The awarded architectural firm will determine the details of the garage layout and other infrastructure design, subject to the City's review and approval. The City is also seeking for the Proposer to addresses neighborhood compatibility, pedestrian compatibility, efficient traffic, ingress and egress design, quality materials in construction in a financially feasible budget.In addition to the public safety construction, the City desires the firm to develop a conceptual plan and a detailed feasibility analysis to determine whether a City Hall building renovation among the available tracts of land will provide the most practical and cost-effective solution to meet the existing and future space needs of the organization.
