Chesapeake Public Schools (hereafter also referred to as “the “District” and “CPS”) seeks proposals from qualified architectural firms, licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, for the purpose of entering into a contract to provide professional services for projects such as studies, reports, design, analyses, and related services.Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the District is seeking to identify one or more firms that can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments, in a timely manner, on an as needed basis. Each successful vendor shall, preferably, have a place of business (office) geographically located within 150 mile radius of the Chesapeake School Administration Building (zip 23320).
