Architectural Design Services for the Yarmouth Senior Center Bathroom Renovation

The Town of Yarmouth requests the submission of qualifications from qualified architectural design firms to provide Architectural Design Services for the Yarmouth Senior Center Bathroom Renovation, in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The selected firm will provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of the public restrooms at the Yarmouth Senior Center. Services are expected to include, but are not limited to, design development, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, coordination of required engineering disciplines, assistance with permitting, bidding assistance, and construction administration. The RFQ will be available online at the Town of Yarmouth website, https://yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx, after 9:00 a.m. on August 6, 2026. Statements of Qualifications will be received by the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 3:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026, at which time the names of respondents will be publicly read. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, Sections 44 through 58, governing the selection of designers for public building projects. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted by email to Svetlana Salemme, Procurement Program Manager, at no later than 12:00 p.m. on August 26, 2026. Responses to questions will be issued by written addendum and posted on the Town's website. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, waive minor informalities, and cancel this solicitation if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
