The project consists of renovating the existing medical office building for it to be adapted for use by City services including the Law, Human Resources, and Civil Services Departments. The project renovation includes removal of medical equipment, sinks, and locker rooms; the addition of walls to create offices, storage, break rooms and conference spaces; and the layout of office equipment and furniture.
