West County Wastewater District ("WCW") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Scope Description ("Services"), as further detailed in Section 3, Scope of Services. The services are split into two disciplines: Discipline #1 for AWS Server Support for ArcGIS Enterprise and Discipline #2 for Consulting Services for Scripting, Database Design, and Data Maintenance . Proposers may propose on either or both Disciplines.
