This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by BFT to identify Entities qualified to submit competitive sealed proposals for On-Call Appraisal Reviews. “Entities” definition is any individual, partnership, firm, corporation, company, or other legal entity, or a team of entities working under a single prime Contractor. BFT has a separate Contract with an appraisal firm to conduct the initial appraisal. This scope of work is strictly for review of appraisals.
