Contracting Opportunity Idaho Youth Suicide Prevention Contractor, Education Region 4 – Contract 27-7801 PURPOSE The Idaho Department of Education seeks letters of interest for an Idaho Youth Suicide Prevention Contractor to support K-12 districts and charter schools in Education Region 4, as detailed below. Regional contractors provide direct, on-site support to staff and students by facilitating evidence-based trainings, delivering resource materials, providing consultations on best practices, and assisting with implementing school-based programs. Regional contractors also work closely with the Youth Suicide Prevention Coordinator to ensure coordination and uniformity of messaging, activities, and resources as well as update program materials. This contract is fully burdened, and no benefits package 04/30/2026 CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY - IDAHO YOUTH SUICIDE PREVENTION CONTRACTOR is included. The Contractor will be required to supply evidence of Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Professional Liability insurance. Commercial general liability (“CGL”) must have a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, and $1,000,000 annual aggregate, if defense is outside the limits. If defense is inside the limits, the limit must be $2,000,000 each occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate. Automobile liability including owned, non-owned, and hired liability must have a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, and $1,000,000 aggregate. Professional liability insurance covering any damages caused by an error, omission, or any negligent acts. Combined single limit per occurrence shall not be less than $1,000,000, or the equivalent.
