Application of Signal Performance Measures for the A-Line traffic signal network

Description

The City of Pasadena Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking information from vendors with expertise in software and/or firmware solutions capable of generating Signal Performance Metrics (SPMs) for the Metro A-Line traffic signal network and identifying/recommending potential traffic signal improvements, surveillance solutions, and hardscape improvements based on those metrics. Proposed solutions should also outline processes for acquiring intersection safety data through analysis of collected information, and provide recommendations and operational strategies to support safe, efficient mobility for pedestrians, motorized, and non-motorized vehicles, while addressing congestion along the Metro A-Line adjacent corridors.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The system should be capable of recommending safety strategies derived from analysis of intersection movements or by employing a safety analytics features that can evaluate and make recommendations based on intersection movements. &nbsp;The City is also looking for real-time analysis to determine the state of network mobility efficiency, intersection mobility performance levels evaluation, in-depth analysis of infrastructure and recommendations of needed technology(ies) to improve network efficiency.&nbsp;<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.3in; text-al
