Payson Unified School District will not be bound to a purchase miniumum quantity during the contract Period.Term: The intent of the District is to award a multi-term up to 3 years, with the first contract term to commence after award beginning February 2026 and continuing until June 30, 2028. The offered cost/price/discount must be held firm for the initial term of the contract.
