Artesia Blvd. Compton, CA 90221 DATE: June 2, 2022 TO: All Bidders PROJECT: RFP/Q CCC-071 Architectural and Related Design Professional Services for Student Housing SUBJECT: ADDENDUM #1 The following changes, omissions, and/or additions to the RFP/Q CCC-071 Documents shall apply to bids made for and to the execution of the various parts of the work affected thereby, and all other conditions shall remain the same. Careful note of the Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper allowances may be made in strict accordance with the Addendum. Respondent shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the bid documents. Failure to do so may subject Respondent to disqualification. 1. Changes to RFP/Q. 1.1. RFP Section 2.1 Obtaining RFP From District.. Delete this paragraph and replace with the following: RFP Section 2.1 Obtaining RFP/Q From District. The RFQ may only be obtained from the District’s website (see link below) or by request to the District Contact whose contact information is noted herein. Small, women owned, disabled veterans and minority-owned firms are encouraged to submit responses to this RFQ. Firms submitting responses to this RFQ are encouraged to utilize Design Consultants which are small businesses, women-owned businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses and minority owned businesses. http://www.compton.edu/district/administration/businessadmin/Bid_Proposal_Requests.aspx All addenda for the project will also be uploaded to the District’s website and it is the responsibility of each firm to check and download addenda for the project. 1.2.
