The City of Hollywood, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Bidder for Annual Wellfield Maintenance Services, including emergency repair services for 22 wells as listed in ATTACHMENTS “A” through ATTACHMENT “D”. The work shall include furnishing all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, fuel, and all other incidentals required to provide services as specified herein.
