Description

This contract establishes a comprehensive maintenance and service agreement for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems across County facilities. It encompasses Preventative Maintenance (PM), Service Calls (Emergency and Non-Emergency), Battery Replacements, Online Monitoring, and Work Order Management via FlowPath.The awarded vendor will be responsible for:Conducting initial inspections to assess equipment condition and establish a maintenance baseline.Performing semi-annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) services for all covered UPS units.Providing 24/7 emergency response for UPS failures and critical alarms.Managing battery replacements in accordance with lifecycle planning and environmental regulations.Ensuring online UPS monitoring access for County personnel to facilitate real-time diagnostics.Utilizing FlowPath for work order management, documentation, and invoicing.All work must comply with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and County requirements, ensuring optimal system performance, uptime reliability, and cost-effective lifecycle planning.
