The Town of Hingham is seeking written quotes from contractors to provide the Town with audiovisual equipment and services for Hingham’s 2025 Annual Town Meeting scheduled to be held indoors at Hingham High School on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 7:00PM. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude on/around 11:00PM that evening. However, in the event the meeting continues to a second night, it will resume at on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 7:00PM. Note* This event takes place at the Hingham Public High School and CORI's are to be submitted one week prior to the event. All CORI's are to be processed by HPS only.
