Annual Supply of Hydrofluosilicic Acid

Description

The services of a qualified and experienced chemical manufacturer and /or supplier to furnish and deliver (F.O.B. delivered with full freight allowed) a supply of potable water treatment hydrofluosilicic acid (23% as H2SiF6) (NSF60 approved) product which shall be used for the fluoridation of the City of Lakeland's drinking water to the T. B. Williams and C. W. Combee Water Treatment Plants, Lakeland, Florida.  The seller must guarantee that they will maintain a supply to meet one (1) month's average usage of 14,000 pounds.  Quantity will be approximately 180,000 pounds for the bid period of one (1) year.  Normal orders may be placed for 5,000 to 40,000 pounds.  Material must be received at the specified water treatment plant within five (5) working days of the order.The bid submitted and the purchase order, if issued whall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, City of Lakeland, specifications,, all codes, regulations, specifications and requirements referenced therein.
