Annual Pest Control Services

Description

The Alachua County Board of County Commissioners, through its Facilities Management Department, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Annual Pest Control Services for approximately one hundred (100) County-owned and operated buildings of various size, age, and usage. These buildings serve diverse functions and require consistent pest prevention to ensure a clean, safe, and operational environment for County staff and the public.Pest control needs include, but are not limited to, monthly inspections and treatments, monitoring of pest activity, callback services, and preventive measures targeting ants, cockroaches, rodents, spiders, flies, bees, wasps, and other nuisance pests. Treatments are expected to be provided both inside and outside each building, with specific high-priority sites requiring twice-monthly service.The County seeks a vendor that can deliver professional, reliable, and environmentally responsible pest control services on a recurring and as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded based on a standard monthly fee per location.
