Annual Mechanical Services Job Order Contract (JOC)

Description

The purpose of this contract is to simplify and expedite the execution of small mechanical construction projects for the County. The intent is to award to multiple qualified Mechanical Contractors to be utilized on an as-needed, per-job basis. Contract awards will be made to Mechanical Contractors who meet the required qualifications and offer the most competitive pricing as described in this Bid Document.The County reserves the right to select contractors for individual projects at its discretion. Award of a contract does not guarantee work. Additionally, the County may choose to solicit separate quotes or bids for any project if deemed necessary.This contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement, allowing the County to issue Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders for mechanical services. This approach provides cost predictability while allowing flexibility for changes in project scope.
