Annual Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services for Mobile Medium-Heavy Equipment

Description

The City of Lakeland, through Lakeland Electric, is soliciting qualified Contractors to provide as-needed maintenance, inspection, diagnostic, repair, and related services for mobile heavy equipment located primarily at the McIntosh Power Plant, Larsen Memorial Power Plant, and Winston Power Plant. The resulting Contract will establish fixed labor rates, parts markup, and related pricing for services performed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term.The equipment covered under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, loaders, skid steers, excavators, telehandlers, forklifts, cranes, portable pumps, trenchers, and other mobile support equipment. Services may be performed at Contractor facilities or on-site at Lakeland Electric facilities, depending on the nature of the required work. Tire replacement and tire-related services are excluded from this solicitation.The City seeks experienced Contractors capable of providing timely, high-quality service, qualified technicians, and responsive support to maintain the reliability and availability of Lakeland Electric's mobile equipment fleet.
