The County of Greenville, Property Management Department is seeking sealed proposals for annual full planned maintenance service on mechanical equipment located at 350 and 352 Halton Road, Greenville SC 29607 which house Family Court and DSS/ Health Department respectively.The County desires to enter into a one (1) year contract, with the possibility of four (4) annual renewals. The County reserves the right to add or delete locations to the contract.
