The Palmdale Water District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Annual Janitorial Services for both the Main office and the Leslie O. Carter Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 2029 East Avenue Q, and 700 East Avenue S, respectively. This is a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year renewal options. Work shall consist of daily janitorial services and bi-annual window and carpet/hard floor cleaning. See Scope of Work for detailed list of tasks.
