The Palmdale Water District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Annual Janitorial Services for the Main office and the Leslie O. Carter Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 2029 East Avenue Q, and 700 East Avenue S, respectively. This is a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year renewal options. Work shall consist of annual janitorial services with a detailed list of tasks described more in depth in the Scope of Work section.
