Purpose: The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contractor for decedent transportation services for Alachua County Medical Examiner to be dispatched for service by the District 8 Medical Examiner Office. Contractor shall conduct all deceased body transports related to this ITB and are not permitted to subcontract the transport of deceased bodies to other third parties, agencies, or companies.
