The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for: Annual Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study ServicesSheriff’s Office Cost Allocation PlanContractor will incorporate Sheriff’s Office administrative support and countywide overhead from the 2 CFR Part 200 cost allocation plan developed for the Controller’s Office.The first year of the cost allocation plan will be calculated utilizing FY 26 actuals, for use in FY 28.User Fee Study Cost AnalysisContractor will conduct a user fee cost analysis for all fee-for-service activities provided by the Sheriff’s Office. This analysis will include the development of fully burdened hourly rates by staffing classification and an assessment of the time spent providing all fee-for-service activities. The user fee calculations will multiply the hourly rates by the times spent.
