Capital Region Water (CRW) is soliciting competitive sealed quotations from qualified vendors for an Annual Contract to provide deliveries of packaged Soda Ash Light (Sodium Carbonate) to the Water Services Center (WSC).Solicitations may be obtained online, at no cost, and sealed proposals shall be received in the CRW OpenGov eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/capitalregionwater. Click on “Draft Response”. Follow the instructions to submit the proposal in the portal. Bidders shall submit all questions and examine answers in the portal. Bidders are solely responsible to check the portal for addenda and/or notifications.The term of this contract shall be for the period January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Capital Region Water reserves the right to extend the contract, under the original terms, conditions, and pricing, for up to two (2), twelve-month (12 month) periods (January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2028 and January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2029) upon mutual written agreement of the parties, subject to satisfactory performance, continued need for services, and availability of funds.
