The City is seeking bids from qualified Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMS) QA/QC CONTRACTORS to perform bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspection, testing, calibration and maintenance on all of the OWNERS continuous emission monitoring (CEMS) equipment and various continuous parametric process monitoring (CPPM) equipment at the OWNERS electric generating stations located at C.D. McIntosh Power Plant and Charles Larsen Power Plant in Lakeland, Florida, as per the Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan. 24/7 Telephone technical support and 2hr response for emergency callout is required. This Annual Supply Requirement, if placed, shall be Firm and Valid, Beginning with the Issuance of a Purchase Order through September 30, 2024, with an Option for Four (4), One (1) Year Renewals upon Mutual Written Consent.
