Annual Comprehensive Financial Reporting Software

Description

The County through its Department of Finance (DOF) has the responsibility of preparing and issuing the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). DOF is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to supply a software solution that would provide the DOF with an ACFR reporting compliant tool to efficiently build, format, and present the necessary components of our ACFR (transmittal letter, Management discussion and Analysis, Basic Financial Statement, Note Disclosures, Combining financial statements for non-major funds, Statistics, and Bond Disclosures) and stand-alone financial statements. You are invited to submit a proposal to provide ACFR reporting compliant software solution as noted in the SCOPE OF WORK section of this RFP. The selected Contractor will be chosen primarily based on the lowest cost, in conjunction with other evaluation factors to determine the proposal best suited to the County’s needs, therefore the low-cost provider may not be selected for award.
