Annual Audit and Review of Non- Profit Entities

Description

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified independent firms of certified public accounting (CPA) to audit its annual financial statements which includes the review of DVRPC's Indirect Cost Allocation Plan (ICAP). Audit must be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart F Audit Requirements and its supplements. Additionally, qualified CPA firms will audit and tax services for DVRPC's 501(c)(3) non-profit subsidiaries, DVRPC Southeastern Pennsylvania Corporation and DVRPC Foundation for New Jersey Incorporation.  Qualified CPA firms to provide audit and tax services for the year ended June 30, 2024 and beyond according to terms, conditions, and specifications established within this Request for Proposals (RFP).
