General work description:The City of Florissant is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a concrete dance pad in front of the newly constructed amphitheater, as well as a sidewalk leading to a handicap seating pad. The project must meet all applicable ADA requirements and local building codes. Please see attachments for bid document.Key Components of the Project Include:Dance Pad Installation:Construction of a concrete pad suitable for public dancing and event use.Proper grading, sub-base preparation, and drainage considerations.Finish specifications appropriate for outdoor performance use.Sidewalk Installation:Construction of a concrete sidewalk connecting to an ADA-compliant handicap seating pad.Grading and slope compliance per ADA guidelines.Safe and durable finish for accessibility and pedestrian traffic.Contractors are required to review the full bid document (attached) for detailed specifications, dimensions, site requirements, and submission guidelines.
