The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking a qualified Consultant to perform a thorough Countywide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) audit, with the objective of conducting a comprehensive evaluation of all County-owned buildings, properties, and public spaces to ensure adherence to ADA standards. This initiative is essential to identify and address barriers that may hinder access for individuals with disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal ADA standards.
