STATE OF MISSISSIPPI GOVERNOR TATE REEVES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION LIZ WELCH EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Amendment Number #1 HVAC Air Filter Services and Supplies Invitation for Bids RFx #: 3160005839 Appendix B – Bid Form The Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) hereby issues this Amendment One (1) to edit and replace the Invitation for Bids (IFB) Air Filter Schedule and Bid Form Pricing Sheet and Air Filter Alternate Location Bid Form Pricing Sheets as follows: a. DFA has amended the air filter MERV Specifications for line #7. Robert E. Lee Building, #11. Woolfolk Building, #16 Walter Sillers Building, and #22 Gartin Justice Building. All highlighted MERV specifications have been changed from a MERV 13 to MERV 8. Please account for these amended specifications and Bid Form when submitting your Bid response to DFA. b. DFA has updated amended the Air Filter Alternate Location Bid Form Sheet, Tab 3 to remove the Robert E. Lee Building Specifications. There are now only two (2) alternate locations (War Memorial Building and Sun & Sands Building) included in the bid. Please account for this amended Bid Form when submitting your Bid response to DFA. The amended Excel Bid Form Pricing sheets may be downloaded from DFA’s website https://www.dfa.ms.gov/bids-and-rfps-notices. Only bids submitted on the amended Bid Form will be accepted.
