Clarksville is the state’s fifth-largest city and is home to Tennessee’s youngest population. The school is named after former Tennessee Gov. Austin Peay, a Clarksville native. Austin Peay is a four-year public, doctorallevel university. Through this RFP, Institution seeks to procure necessary goods and/or services at the most favorable, competitive prices and to give ALL qualified businesses, including those that are small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran owned, the opportunity to do business with the Institution.
