Ferris State University (FSU) recently received capital outlay planning authorization from the State of Michigan to begin planning for the renovation and expansion of the Victor F. Spathelf Allied Health Building, representing a significant investment in the future of healthcare education and workforce development. FSU is seeking responses from Professional Service Organizations (PSO) to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Professional Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services to FSU for the Allied Health Building Renovation project located on the Big Rapids campus. Once pre-construction services are completed, the team will complete Construction Management Services that will allow FSU to open the Allied Health Building Renovation on time and within the allocated budget.
