Alkebu-Lan Cultural Center Office Repair

Description

The City of Pasadena is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Alkebu-Lan Cultural Center Office Repair Project, as described in this solicitation (Project No. 2026-Informal-0212). The project consists of mold remediation, selective demolition, structural repair, and interior restoration of an existing office space to return the area to a safe, functional, and code-compliant condition. Work generally includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of damaged building materials; replacement of wood framing and sheathing; installation of drywall, insulation, and ceiling materials; flooring replacement; painting; and related finish work. Limited exterior repairs, including wood panel and stucco restoration, are also included. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
