The City of Tucson is seeking professional design, engineering, and public engagement services for a 9-mile urban greenway through midtown. The consultant team will build on previous conceptual design work to finalize the design concept, prepare preliminary and final design plans, assist with public engagement, and prepare environmental clearance documents in accordance with ADOT/FHWA requirements.Portions of the greenway will be designed as a shared-use path along the Alamo Wash and through existing City parks. Other sections will be designed as "sidepaths" along streets or as bicycle boulevards.Design funding for this project is through the Tucson Delivers Parks & Connections program.
