Is this a separate solicitation that will require a separate submittal? The proposed hangars were included for clarity. We hope to build hangars in the next five years. We added them to be specific as to our intent. We are not asking for pricing as specified in the RFQ. The hangar project is planned, it is not approved or guaranteed. 2. You do not need to address your response to a particular person.
