The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and services required to measure, and all other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, preforming, the Photometric and Constant Current Regulators ("CCR") testing and calibration of the airfield light fixtures on the airport's runways at the Orlando International Airport in accordance with the specification.
