The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide Brief Description of ServicesThe Air District operates within a complex regulatory environment that integrates technical, legal, enforcement, and policy functions to protect public health and air quality. Key service areas—including Compliance & Enforcement, Engineering, Permitting, Source Test, Meteorology and Measurement, and related functions—are interdependent and must function cohesively to support effective and timely service delivery.
