The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking qualified offerors to submit proposals to provide after-hours answering services to the City. The primary user of the resulting agreement is the Department of Utilities: Water Distribution, Wastewater, and Field Engineering (the “Department”). Other City Departments may use the resulting agreement as needed.
