The Village of Oak Brook is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the Fire Department Aerial Ladder Truck Purchase   Qualified vendors interested in submitting a proposal must obtain the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) package from the Village’s  eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oak-brook.  Firms intending to respond to this opportunity must create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. This step is necessary to establish a communication link with the Village. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, after which time, additional submittals will not be accepted.  The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to proceed or not to proceed with any subsequent proposal process, or to negotiate, without further process, and to make an award that, in its judgment, is the best and most favorable to the interests of the Village and the public. All inquiries regarding this RFP must  be submitted via the Village’s eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oak-brook.
