CCMUA Contract No. 610 Aeration Tank and Plant Water Upgrades May 2026 SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THE CAMDEN COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY CONTRACT NO. 610 AERATION TANK AND PLANT WATER UPGRADES Sealed Bids for Contract No. 610 for Aeration Tank and Plant Water Upgrades will be received by The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority office, located at 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden, New Jersey 08101-1432 until 11:00 a.m. (Local Time), on July 10, 2026, and then at said office opened and read aloud publicly. The Project consists of rehabilitations to the CCMUA’s Aeration Tanks and Plant Water System. Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10;5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq, New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act, where applicable. Prospective Bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The PLA will be binding upon all Contractors and Subcontractors performing on-site Project work, as defined in Article 3 of the PLA Agreement. The copy of the PLA agreement is attached to the Supplementary Conditions, Exhibit 10. Proposals are being solicited through a “Fair And Open Process” in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 58:11B-26, N.J.A.C.
