The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to conduct a needs assessment for an anticipated ERP replacement, draft a request for proposal for the ERP replacement, and undertake certain client-side project management and technical services during implementation of the new ERP system. The City of Monterey is a charter city that operates under the Council-Manager form of government. The Mayor and City Council are responsible for establishing policy and providing direction to the City Manager. The current population is approximately 30,000.
