Specifications and/or details of specifications are available from the Knox County Emergency Management Agency – Knox County Office of Homeland Security, 11540 Upper Gilchrist Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, attention Amy Seward (aseward@knoxcountyema-oh.gov). Knox County Emergency Management Agency – Knox County Office of Homeland Security is an equal opportunity employer. All proposals shall be sealed and plainly marked, “JASON BOOTH – JERSEY BARRIERS.” All proposals shall be submitted to the OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF KNOX COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, 117 East High Street, Suite 161, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050. The Proposals shall be due on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. No bidder shall withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days from the actual date of reviewing thereof. All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder. Any contract awarded pursuant to this advertisement shall be awarded to the best and lowest bidder. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids for all or part of the bids solicited and waive technicalities in the bidding of said bid.
